Yes. You can pay a deposit to secure your spot. Full payment must be completed before the registration deadline to guarantee your place.

You can pay in instalments — just make sure your balance is fully cleared before the registration deadline. Campers with outstanding balances may lose their spot.

Yes. All campers are housed on the KNUST campus in student halls during the holiday period. Accommodation is included in your registration fee — no extra cost.

Campers aged 15 and below sleep in Africa Hall; those aged 16 and above are in Katanga Hall. This is simply a practical arrangement for safety and supervision — it does not mean separate camps. All campers are together for worship, main sessions, sports, and every fellowship activity throughout the day.

Rooms accommodate 4 campers each and are single-gender. The system groups campers by district first, so people from the same district are likely to share a room. Room assignments are sent to you via SMS before camp begins.

Your room number will be sent to you via SMS before camp. You can also visit scgcyouth.org/camp/my-room and search with your Camper ID to see your room number and the names of your roommates.

Room assignments are automatic and group campers by district, so people from the same district are usually placed together. If you have a specific request — for example, you and a friend are sharing luggage — contact the camp team and we can manually swap your room assignment to match.

Bible, notebook, bedding or sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries, modest clothing for 7 days, sportswear, water bottle, Ghana Health Insurance card, and any personal medications. A complete packing checklist is available in the 'What to Pack' section on this page.

Yes. Campers are expected to wear Uniform A and AY T-shirts for most sessions. Modest dresses are also appropriate. Avoid revealing outfits, very short shorts, or clothing with inappropriate graphics — this is a Christian youth programme.

Meals are not organised centrally by the conference. Each federation or district makes their own catering arrangements for their members. Please check with your local federation or district leadership for details on how meals will be handled.

Yes. The 7-day programme includes morning devotions, main sessions, workshops, sports, fellowship events, and an evening programme each night. A detailed schedule will be shared with registered campers closer to the camp date.

Yes, parents and guardians are welcome to attend if they wish. The camp is primarily designed for youth participants, but parents who want to be present are free to come along and be part of the experience.

Campers who have not cleared their balance by the deadline may have their registration cancelled and their spot given to someone on the waitlist. Please ensure full payment is made well before the deadline.

Your digital camp ID is automatically generated after registration. Download it as JPG or PDF from the Registration Status section on this page. ID cards will also be printed and distributed to campers before arrival through your federation or district.

Your camp T-shirt and patch will be delivered to you either before arrival through your federation or district, or distributed at the camp itself. Make sure your shirt size is correctly entered during registration.

Please contact the camp team as soon as possible if you can no longer attend. Refund eligibility depends on how close to the camp date you cancel — early cancellations may receive a partial refund.
